Exploring Prayer Seminars
Exploring Prayer is a seminar day for Parish groups - adults or older teens.

It aims to help deepen awareness and practice of various prayer techniques and styles stemming from the Christian Tradition.

Participants will be guided through the day with interesting activities and opportunities to reflect and share.

Hand-outs on the various techniques are given so that participants can develop what they have personally found to be helpful.

The day includes:
  • looking at our own personal prayer style
  • personality and prayer preferences
  • journalling
  • Lectio Divina
  • Ignatian prayer
  • a comtemplative prayer walk
  • the Jesus Prayer
  • Examen of Consciousness
